  • When will my preorder ship?
    I am currently experiencing an extremely high volume of demand for preorders on micro flower presses. I am making and shipping them as quickly as I am able to, but these timelines are at present unusually long, as I am just one person hand making each piece. Thank you for your patience! I am finally reaching the end of this summer's preorders as of early December, and have just a few more batches to make and ship. All remaining preorders promised for 2023 will can be expected to ship over the next few weeks! ORDERS PLACED AFTER AUGUST 6 WILL SHIP IN JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2024 I am not able to provide regular email updates for each preorder, as I don't currently have a way to automate this and I simply don't have enough time in a day to make all of your orders and regularly email each person who has placed a preorder. You will receive an email update with tracking information when your order ships. Thank you for understanding!
  • Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes, I do take custom orders. Current lead times on all customs are currently into Jan/Feb 2024. Please email me regarding custom orders.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes I do ship internationally. Some countries have restrictions on shipping but generally international shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Do you accept returns?
    My cancellation/return policy is as follows: CANCELLATIONS Please contact me within 24hr of placing and I will be happy to cancel your order RETURNS Returns on regular, ready to ship items are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please email me regarding returns. Customer is responsible for shipping. CUSTOMS AND PREORDERS All custom orders and preorders are final sale. This includes all made to order items including rings made to size and anything that isn't listed as "ready to ship". These pieces are hand made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
  • What does "Preorder" mean?
    Placing a preorder means that your item will be custom made to fill your order. Listing items as preorders allows me to pre-plan production runs and calculate needed supplies and approximate lead times for fabrication and shipping. You can expect to wait a minimum of 8 weeks for shipping updates on preorders. All pieces are handmade by me, Angela, in my home studio and taking preorders enables me to structure my studio time to accurately meet demand for my various offerings. Preorders are considered a custom order and are final sale. Please read item description, estimated ship times and shop policies carefully before placing your order. I appreciate that folks are eager to receive their special piece art jewelry, truly I do! However, I am unable to provide regular "status updates' for preorders, as I am just one person and simply don't have enough time in a day to keep up with regular updates for each preorder. That being said, please take note of the estimated ship time as listed in the item description and at checkout and please only email with specific questions/requests or if your item is outside of the estimated ship time. I am typically more than happy to accomodate special requests for expedited shipping to meet special event deadlines (when I am able!) please message me before placing your order. Likewise, if you're interested in customizing a piece, please message me beforehand. Customizations beyond an inscription i.e. a special floral design, is considered a custom order and would include an additional design fee.
